SEAT Report Released
October 1, 2008The State Emergency Assessment Team Report on watersheds affected by the Basin Complex and Indian Fires has been posted on the Monterey County website (although they misidentify it as a BAER Team report). This report eclipses the previous BAER team reports in terms of both detail and clarity. A must read for anyone who lives downstream of the burn zone.
