Rather than cracking down on the Keep Fort Ord Wild (KFOW) activists they accuse of trespassing, the Fort Ord Reuse Authority (FORA), borrowing its political strategy from the jelly donut scene in Full Metal Jacket, is threatening to punish thousands of other Ft.
